Stayed ~5 months (Apr-Sept 2026) with our infant. Things future tenants should know: Not actually private, a tenant lives downstairs, undisclosed until we arrived. Washer/dryer, listed "on premises," is shared with that unit. Close to the road; traffic noise (modified exhausts, loud sound systems) was frequent, even mornings. No AC, hot during sunny days. Washing machine had visible mold in the drum/seal at move-in. Ongoing termite frass, especially over the kitchen countertop, flagged to owner multiple times. Not super clean at move-in: peeling paint, thick dust under furniture/fridge top/fans, stained shower grout. Owner still expected spotless move-out despite the $250 cleaning fee, sending pics of toaster crumbs and an unscrubbed tub. Good chunk of our $2,850 deposit withheld, some fair, but most cleaning/linen charges were estimates not matching the original itemized list, still being resolved. Owner was generally responsive.
