Wonderful stay in a lovely, convenient location

The unit is much larger than it looks in the pictures. The neighborhood is very pretty and I really enjoyed my evening walks. It was wonderful to have a private patio and enjoy morning coffee while watching the birds and squirrels. Kathy was a wonderful host and responded right away with any questions. I highly recommend this peaceful stay.

Amazing!

Spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood with a pool! Located less than 10 minutes from multiple grocery stores, gyms, parks, and shopping. Best of all, its a stress-free 15-minute drive to Wellstar Paulding Medical Center, perfect for traveling nurses. The landlord is terrific. Shes extremely responsive, thoughtful, and cares about her tenant. She respected my privacy and always clearly communicated updates. Youre lucky if you stay here!

Home Away From Home

Such a great stay! The space is perfect for a travel nurse, especially a night shifter. The interior bedroom was perfectly dark, cool, and quiet for sleeping. And the mattress is AMAZING. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants very nearby, ~20-25 minutes to Wellstar Kennestone. All housewares needed were already provided. And I LOVE the washer/dryer combo -- and not needing to wake up to finish laundry before a shift. K is a great host and I definitely recommend staying here!

Truly a hidden gem!

One of the best stays that I have had while traveling hands down! The owner Ms K was truly lovely to work with! She was attentive and very responsive to all my needs. Housing was in a convenient location. It only took 20 mins to get to Wellstar Cobb. The space was clean and quiet. Definitely a place to retreat after a long day. Two rooms with comfy beds. Tons of closet space! Kitchen stocked with kitchen essentials. Loved the little washer/dryer combo I didn't have to leave to do laundry. Tvs were in every room. Tenants have their own separate entrance. Plenty of privacy despite it being a basement apartment. You occasionally hear the owner above you if she's in the kitchen or something, but it's not loud and obnoxious noise. Overall, I would definitely return if I'm ever on assignment in the area!

Very comfortable and spacious with everything you need . Location is safe and quiet and close to numerous shopping and food. Owner is great,very friendly . As a seasoned traveler,it doesnt get any better than this.This is truly a gem

Amazing Stay!

My recent stay here at this West Cobb Gem was absolutely fabulous. This basement apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner of this basement is extremely attentive and quick to respond to any needs and/or concerns that arose during my stay. K is very accommodating to the needs of a traveler. The living courters are very spacious. My only reasoning for leaving this gem was basically because my travel assignment ended. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I had no difficulties getting to and from work (Wellstar Kennestone). The basement is very quiet as well in which you very rarely hear any noise from upstairs. Once again I would high recommend this place!!
