The Best Place Ever

I have been staying at Ms. S studio since June 25 and I must say that it is one of the best places that I have stayed and I have stayed in a lot of places being a travel nurse for 26 years. The studio is really a small one bedroom because she walled off the kitchen and you have a large walk in closet and a big bathroom. All of the things that matter when you are a travel nurse. The area is like heaven. It is so peaceful and beautiful because you are at the top of the mountain. Ms. S is the best landlord that I have ever had because she really cares about you and if anything if wrong she is on it immediately! If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it! A very peaceful, clean and quite neighborhood with all of the things that you need around you. I feel so grateful to have been able to stay here. I am still here and don't want to leave.

excellent rental

I work in Santa Clarita and started gymming in Noho. I work bankers hours & traffic isn't too bad. Usually against. Unit has everything you need - linen, parking space, washer dryer, good cookware and glass Tupperware. Bed has been comfortable. Everything you need for short term rental. I was nervous moving forward with all the pre screening steps but everything is done efficiently and properly so both parties are held accounted for. I love that there's a (huge) Whole Foods and other shops / eatery nearby! I'm there every week. Really happy with the stay and if I had another contract in the valley again wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Great Stay!

I enjoyed my 9 month stay at this studio. The unit is very updated, had everything I needed including off street parking. S was very accommodating and is one of the nicest people I've met in SoCal. I would definitely stay here again if I have an assignment in the area.

Nice Cottage

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely cottage for the duration of my work assignment. Its located in the scenic hills of Porter Ranch. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There is a walking trail conveniently located behind the home. There are also parks nearby with walking/hiking trails, which I utilized during my stay. Ms S, the property owner, was very very hospitable, and attentive. If I were to return to the area, I would hope this cottage would be available.

Quiet Cottage

I am currently staying at S's property through September and it has been nothing short of amazing! The location is great, very quiet neighborhood and lots of hiking trails nearby. In uniteverything is brand new, full size appliances, walk-in closet, tv, internet, everything you need for a long-term stay! You have your own private entrance and yard which is an added perk, and the view is beautiful. S is also very accommodating to a nurses schedule and communicates well if there will be anyone by to work on the house. If you are looking for housing in the Los Angeles area, I HIGHLY recommend this property!
