Single family cottage overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

Perfect place!

My stay here was 5 months and I couldn’t have been happier! Beautiful updated home with absolutely the best landlord out there. So close to everything but quiet and peaceful as well. If I work in the area again… I hope to stay there again! Highly recommend!!

Best stay in Litte River

Stayed Jan-June while working at Grand Strand. Easy drive to work, absolutely beautiful location, view of waterway from a spectacular porch, quiet, best landlords you will ever want. Completely furnished with more than you will need. There is no better stay in Little River! Hope to return!

Absolutely Wonderful Place

I can't say enough good things about this place. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. if you're working at McLeod seacoast, you're only 5 minutes away from the hospital and you're only 5 minutes away from the beach in the other direction. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and very relaxed. Not very many vacationers are in this neighborhood. The screened-in porch is fantastic for sitting and enjoying breakfast while watching the boats.go up and down the waterway and most nights. there's good music coming from Archie's across the water. All the shopping for groceries and entertainment and restaurants is very close, just a short drive away in North Myrtle. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity ever presented itself!

Best rental I have had

This little cottage is by far the best place I have ever stayed. The owners are wonderful, the house is newly remodeled and clean. It felt like home! It is in a residential neighborhood; no touristy or short term vacationer drama. It is a bit of a drive from Grand Strand Regional (25 min) but well worth it. By far the best place Ive stayed in 10 years of travel.

Perfect Home Away From Home

There are so many good things to say about this property. The owners are a wonderful couple who respect your privacy and are just a text or phone call away. The interior is clean and beautiful. The screened in front porch became our main living area. We loved sitting outside at night listening to the live music from across the water (not to loud, just enough to enjoy). If you work at Seacoast, the hospital if less than 5 minutes away and the beach is less than 5 min. away in the other direction. I worked evening shift, so was able to take a morning walk on the beach every day. My husband works remotely, he set up his office in the front room and had a view of the intercoastal waterway from his desk. He enjoyed watching the boats go by throughout the day. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We were here during peak tourist season..the neighborhood is just far enough away from the busy tourist side of town, so we didn't feel bogged down by the crowds. You can't go wrong with this property.

Amazing Place to Stay!

This was the perfect place to stay during my contract in Little River. You are close to everything that you might need. To the beach in less than 10 min and even closer to shopping, restaurants, ect. The owners are a very kind, welcoming, and helpful couple who have supplied anything you need for a comfortable stay. Pictures are accurate. Beds were super comfortable, lots of closet space, and kitchen is supplied with may cooking utensils and appliances. It was also fun to be able to sit on the covered porch in the evenings and listen to live music nightly. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking and would love to stay there again if I come back to this area.
