Beautiful, Comfortable, safe

I can't say enough about my stay but let me try. Rented this townhouse from wayne and Nancy for the last 12 months. It's beautiful, so comfy and convenient to everything. Very safe place never any problems. Neighbors are fantastic. If ever back in Charleston I'd stay here again. Wayne and Nancy couldn't have been any better.

Absolutely Perfect!

Wayne and Nancy were absolutely amazing hosts! If I ever had a problem they were easy to reach and their home was amazing. The neighborhood was super safe and yet only a 3 min drive to the highway and main roads to get where you needed to go. Truly only 20 mins from downtown as long as you arent hitting rush hour traffic. Very close to Trident Medical Center so being a health professional it was the best place to be on call. The house has everything you need to make it feel like a real home which was perfect for someone who travels alone. Would absolutely rent from them again if my path takes me back to Charleston.

Great place to stay, best neighbors ever ! Roomy, comfortable, great kitchen, great laundry, feels like home. If you are looking for a place that will make you feel welcome, this is it !!!!

this property is so nice! it's very tidy, well supplied and decorated very cute. if I had any issues the owners were extremely prompt with their replies and getting things done! W and his family were very easy to work and communicate with when it came to me extending my contract. it's a great area with very sweet neighbors! I highly recommend!

Cozy Quiet Getaway

Absolutely loved this condo! The Spencers are incredible hosts and the neighbors are so nice! The condo had all of the cooking utensils I needed as well as containers for my lunches. If I were to come back to Charleston, I would definitely stay here again.
