Fantastic neighborhood! Walk, bike, trolley everywhere - 10 -15 minute walk to Sunset beach, restaurants, coffee shops, dog park, bike rental, downtown St. Pete Beach. My units are on the inter coastal - fishing dock, lounge deck and gorgeous heated pool. Quiet and beautiful.

Great Location
Nice comfortable condo with a great location. Condo is clean with a view of the inland waterway. Very nice people in the condo development. Pool and dock access are very nice. First floor makes it easy to come and go. Great area with plenty of restaurants, music and nightlife nearby. Gated community gives a feeling of added safety. Would stay here again.

Amazing location and responsive owner
The location is amazing, just a short drive to the nearest beach (less than 5 min) and the area is surrounded by tons of bars and restaurants. The unit is fully furnished and well stocked with everything you need. The pool is right outside the apartment, and so is the dock, so you can spend your days or evenings there if you're not going to the beach. You can even fish off the dock. Our only hesitation in renting was because the carpets give off an old stale smell, which was partially remedied by the dehumidifier the owner provided, and I think she plans to replace them in the near future anyway. Honestly though, if things were perfect this place would have probably been so much more expensive. It's next to impossible to find a furnished place in this price range such a short drive to the beach. The owner was also super responsive to any requests we had and was really friendly and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. If you want a taste of the beach life, rent this place!
