Private unit close to downtown Hayward!

Great value place to stay in Hayward! The owner was so kind and checked in from time to time to make sure everything was ok. This was a great landing pad for someone new to the area!

Great Unit

As a travel nurse, this unit was perfect! The air condition in the unit is new and blows very cold. The homeowner is very nice and attentive. The unit is not attached to the main home so you have complete privacy. The unit is also a little more updated than the pictures shown. There is kitchenette area in the unit with a sink, countertop and shelves for storage. Parking on the property, access to washer and dryer. you honestly can not go wrong staying here.

Hayward Unit stay

This is a great unit to stay in. I stayed for work purposes for a few months. Has all the necessaties, several places to eat close by. The host is above and beyond and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Nice little place!

A little studio secluded at the back of a house in a quiet neighborhood. This place provided the quietness that I needed to sleep during the day ( I worked nights). It also provided the privacy that I craved. The owner was warm, kind and transparent. I would rent again from her if I happen to take an assignment in the area.

Great short term stay

Cozy little place that had all of the essentials: shower, bed, AC/ Heater, and a washer/ dryer. Internet was a little spotty and the drive way was a little steep but other than that it was a great place. The homeowner was quick to respond to text messages and was very accommodating to any issues I had. Would defiantly recommend this area to anyone that is looking for a place to stay

Reasonable and Private

Plenty of privacy and enough space for one traveler. Owners were very accommodating. Would stay here again.
