Comfortable

I had a great stay at Ashley's place. The in-law suite was very comfortable, located in a safe and quiet area and the drive to Phoebe Putney hospital just a 12 min drive. Ashley is great! Very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend.

Awesome Space

A cozy spot ten minutes max from the hospital and urgent care. In a peaceful and friendly neighborhood. With a Publix, Chick-fil-A, Pizza Hut, Wendy's, and more, not too far away. I moved in during Maintenance Week. There were upgrades, maintenence checks and a chance to meet the Landlord, Ashley, who was phenomenal all in one. Whenever there was a need, Ashley promptly responded and had it was addressed/fixed, ASAP! She is very approachable and kind. So, would I recommend or return: YESS!

Great place

This place is in a great neighborhood. About a 10-12 minute drive to Phoebe Hospital, less than 5 minutes to Publix. I have rented 2 different rooms here and have been pleased with both. The landlord is very accommodating and easy to reach if you have any problems. I would stay here again.

Nice homey affordable accommodations. Clean and maintained house in a safe neighborhood. The property owner is very attentive and easily reachable. Great location. Close to the hospital, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a Travelers

I'm a traveling CT tech and I had a wonderful stay from May to September. The house was perfect for a short 8 minute commute to P and I really enjoyed how quiet the house was. A the host was very kind and easy to get a hold of when I had issues she solved them with 24 hrs. Definitely would recommend renting this property!

Couldn't get any better than this place

This property is amazing. The location is in a good neighborhood it's a short 10 min drive to the hospital. Very clean and cozy the bed is amazingly comfortable. The property owner is great with communication and checking to make sure you are OK and comfortable. Overall staying here has been the best experience I have had when it comes to renting a room in a house. I recommend on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the house a 10 and the experience I would rate a 20 out of 10

Love the house! Its in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and 10 minutes from the hospital. Its in a very safe neighborhood and even the neighbors say hey. I loved the screened in back porch. Recommend to any fellow travelers!

This place was such a good find. Great neighborhood, good location not far from hospital and close to Walmart, grocery store, etc The entire place is clean and neat. Its quiet in the rooms with no commotion. A is the best host. Just a great place to stay!

Great home/great value

Perfect for travel nurses. Each bedroom door has keypad, and front and back doors have key pads as well. House is updated and very clean. A is an exceptional owner, has cleaning crew come every other week, as well as lawn care taken care of. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Fenced in, private backyard with screened in porch. As a bonus fruit and lemon trees on the property! Highly recommended to anyone working in Albany, GA.

Best place ever!

This was one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of staying in as a travel nurse. I have been traveling for 6 years and would recommend anyone traveling to stay here. It is quiet, safe, and comfortable. My roommates were also amazing and the owner of the house is sweet, kind, and always available and willing to help with anything she can.
