Great apartment

This was a great apartment, it was exactly as it was pictured. Solid location close to HEB, the medical complex, and downtown without having to get on any highways. Very nice wood floors, comfortable bed, and a nice kitchen. The gate to the driveway gave us nice piece of mind and the parking in the garage was great especially during the summer heat. Rae was a great host. Extremely responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

I cant say enough positive things about my stay at Southmore. The place is spotless and the location is perfect. Even with traffic i would be at my downtown office in less than 12 minutes. Being able to park in a garage and behind a gate is a rare find. The host is very responsive. All appliances are in perfect condition. There wasnt anything more i needed during my stay. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure is perfect. I was very lucky to find such a great place.

Spotless property

This property is spotless! Very close to the downtown and medical center and with great access to the free way! It is gated and very well kept. And with a great space and great kitchen! Landlord is very responsive and will make sure that you get what you need!

Houston Unit Review

We had a great stay in this wonderful unit. The location is safe, gated and very central to the city- any grocery stores, gyms, med center etc. is a 5-10 min drive or less. The house is clean, modern, well-kept and free of any pests. Any issues that occurred were taken care of quickly and the homeowners are hands on and care to ensure the best experience and stay possible. Great 3 month stay

How was very nice and plenty of room for me and my girlfriend. We were very impressed with how new it was. Home owners were super helpful and responsive. Cant say enough good things about our stay.

Cozy perfect home

I cannot say enough about this beautiful little gem! So close to TMC which was our main objective since I work in the Med Center. The property is gated and fenced all around it, never have any safety concern. We walk our dog daily in the many walking parks around it. I was pleasantly surprised that did not have to open a single box to get my kitchen supplies out, the kitchen has the latest appliances and is well stocked up for all your cooking needs. The bed is super comfortable, we had the best sleep in years, no street noise, no noisy neighbors, very quiet and peaceful. Ms.R is a wonderful landlady, very friendly and responds to questions or concern almost instantly. I would recommend this property 100% to anyone who's looking for that temporary living in or around Med Center. All the best to you Ms. R and thank so much for your wonderful hospitality!

Perfect Stay!

This property has everything you need! Very well-kept, new appliances, comfortable bed, and very spacious. The property is fully gated for security, so as a single female, I always felt very safe while within the property. Landlords are very kind and very quick to respond with any questions or issues. The unit is very private, as you don't share any walls with any other tenants. I was fortunate to park my vehicle in the garage beneath the unit, as the other tenants who rent the main house preferred to park outside on the parking pad; I basically had a whole home to myself and my dog! The unit is very close to many parks, downtown, midtown, and extremely close to the med center. I would definitely recommend this rental! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Month-Long Stay

I had a wonderful stay at R's property! The unit itself is very spacious, and is well equipped for a long-term stay. Appliances in the kitchen are modern, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The entire property is gated and is only a 6 minute drive to Med Center. I could not recommend this property more!

Wonderful stay in garage apt

I have had such a wonderful stay at R's garage apt unit! I arrived to a clean unit and it is even bigger than expected. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything I need for cooking, which I appreciate. The unit is private as it has it's own entrance and doesn't share walls with the other tenants on the property (who have been very nice). The entire property is gated, which I appreciate for safety. The property is pet friendly and there are grass areas for my dog to go potty and room to run around inside the gated area. Plus, it's only 3-5 min away from Hermann Park and 12-15 min away from Eleanor Tinsley Park, where I take my dog for walks. I am a travel healthcare worker and this unit is only about 10 min from the medical center. Amazing! R's communication and responsiveness is excellent and she makes sure I have everything I need during my stay. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting Houston.

Cozy Home, Convenient Location

This is a standalone unit with all necessary amenities to comfortably call it home. The property is gated with a driveway and is within perfect proximity to the city. The property owner was always available if/when needed. Grateful to have found this spot!
