Great Location and Stay

We had such a great experience staying at this property! The landlords were always quick to respond, super helpful, and made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and they were always friendly and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated how well they maintained the property and how accommodating they were throughout our time there. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay and Landlords!

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time living for an extended period of time (~9 months). Marty and Jakob were awesome hosts/landlords. They genuinely care about the place and it shows. Everything was spotless and extremely well taken care of. The landscaping and plants are beautiful. If we didnt have plans to move back out west, we would have loved to stay much much longer. I highly recommend this stay and would be glad to come back any time.

Quiet Treehouse in the Heart of Downtown

I stayed here for two months while on contract at Winnie Palmer. The apartment was perfect for my family and me. It is in a great location - in the heart of downtown, a very short commute to ORMC/APH/WPH, right next to 408, and close to I-4. There are plenty of sidewalks, lakes, and even a little cafe nearby. Even in downtown, the apartment is private and secluded. The kitchen is fully-stocked and has plenty of counter space. The front deck is the best part of the place - perfect place to sip your coffee, enjoy a meal, or work from your laptop! J and M are fantastic hosts. They ensured everything was going well and offered plenty of suggestions for things to do in the area. If I take another contract in Orlando, Ill be sure to seek out this place again.

Great Experience

Stayed here for 6 months - hosts J and M were amazing....fair, communicative and friendly. Location is calm yet close to downtown, and property is clean, comfortable and convenient. Recommend and would stay again.
