Great stay
I stayed here for travel contract and was very happy. Location is fantastic. I was 10 minutes to hospital and close to shopping and restaurants. The complex is clean and quiet. Any questions I had, L got back to me very fast. Highly recommend.

Nice internship stay
Stayed here for a summer internship and the place had pretty much everything I needed -- furniture, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, plates/bowls, in unit washer/dryer, wifi etc. Property is on the older side, but overall I appreciated being able to walk 10min to a DART station for my commute. Various restaurants and stores like Tom Thumb nearby. Pool was a nice feature too. Linda was a very sweet and responsive landlord, and acted quickly whenever we reported an issue.

VA to Texas
My name is KH and I am from Sterling, Virginia. I had an internship in Dallas, Texas this summer and me and my roommate rented this property for a duration of 3 months. For 2 people, the property is a perfect space. Its completely refurbished with a couch, TV, tables, kitchen supplies, and washer/dryer. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are private with plenty of space for one person. The owner, LR was very accommodating towards our needs as we had some minor leaks and toilet issues, but she got those issues resolved within the same day with no problems occurring after that. If you want a furnished condo for 2 people that will suit your basic needs for an affordable price, this is for you. I should also add that the location is amazing as well. Its 10 minutes from downtown Dallas which is extremely convenient in itself plus you live in Highland Park which is full of restaurants and parks nearby. This location is also great for city workers too.

Comfortable Apartment
My family and I stayed here while I had a travel nurse contract at Childrens. The location is perfect. Close to shopping, great food, and hospitals. We loved the pool and the walking trail. The apartment is comfortable enough. Clean and all working appliances. Plenty of space for more than 1 person. L was amazing to address any concerns right away.

Great Condo
This is a great 2 bed/2 bath condo. This place is about 10 min drive from most major hospitals in the area. The property is in lower Greenville with plenty of fun places within a few mins drive to get to. Theres a couple of gyms, a lot of cool restaurants, a central market and Toms thumb all within a short mile radius. The condo itself is pretty spacious. The living room has a tv with basic cable, free WiFi, and a small washer/dryer for laundry. I would recommend this place to other travelers.
