Amazing Stay

My wife, dog, and I loved our time here! The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful, yet walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is a nice size for a studio so we were very comfortable and it gets lots of natural light. It had all the furnishings and appliances we needed and Sara was very responsive and helpful. Lots of storage space and was very nice to have some outdoor space to hang out in as well! I would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing! Location was great and super close to everything you'd want to do in Seattle! The Ballard neighborhood is super walkable and there's a really good coffee shop a block away. Street parking is super easy to find in the area and the host Sara is super kind & responsive. Would definitely stay here again if I take another contract in Seattle!

Excellent location, perfect little studio

Best part is the location - so easy to get places either by bus or driving, great neighborhood, the best coffee shop down the block. Cute small studio, great kitchen that was equipped for everything I needed, tiny outdoor space to let my dog out or have coffee outside. Heated floors, lots of light, all windows have screens and open for good airflow (though it was hott on those few 95+ days), good washer/dryer. Things to know: it is small, and there is no closet upstairs in the main living area to hang clothes, there's plenty of underbed drawers and then 2 closets in the entryway downstairs for hanging. Landlord Sara was super responsive and nice, and Wifi was good for working in the apartment. I had a great 2 month stay!

Cozy apartment with a great location...

I really enjoyed staying here. It is a cozy studio apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle. So many walkable restaurants and farmers markets. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home, and the owners are very welcoming and easy to communicate with. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, and there is always free parking available. I would absolutely stay here again. Very grateful that I was able to stay here during my time in Seattle.

Tree House Living

My boyfriend, dog, and I lived in this apartment for 4 months while I was doing a contract in Seattle. Although the square footage is small, this apartment has so much storage and the ceilings are really high so you never feel cramped. The location is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and walkable. Theres a coffee shop at the end of the street that is incredible. S was awesome as a landlord and answered our concerns very quickly. I highly recommend this apartment and if life every brings we back I will stay again

Fantastic place to stay in Seattle!

My partner and I (along with our dog and cat) stayed at this property during the summer. It's a great choice! The location is perfect to get to Ballard grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks (only a 10 minute drive to Greenlake and Golden Gardens.) The place itself is perfectly equipped- comfortable bed, lots of storage, and all of the appliances worked great. It has many windows so there is lots of natural light. I never felt cramped- especially given that both of us worked remotely in this place. Sara is a fantastic host - she is flexible, responsive, and made our extended stay in Seattle easy. I'd recommend staying here and I would stay here again in the future.

Amazing!

I stayed at this place from March-June and was very happy with it! It is a quiet and peaceful home that has everything you need. The appliances are normal sized and good quality which makes things feel more comfortable and homey. I worked at Harborview and it was an easy 20 minute drive to the hospital. Would stay here again!

travel assignment at children's

I stayed at S's place for a 13 week assignment at seattle children's. Its about a 20 min drive there. The apartment is brand new, spotless, has everything you may need. S is very quick to respond, and happy to help you with any questions. She even helped me with walking my dog! Parking is plentiful and right in front of property. Great neighborhood for walking my dog and close to many places in walking distance without feeling like your right in city. I'd stay here again!
