Beautiful, comfortable extended stay

Dan place in Scottsdale is not only comfortable, a home away from home, it is a great location. It is minutes away from entertainment/restaurants/events. Dan is very responsive to text messages and calls if you have questions or if something needs fixed. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of extra room. I would recommend his place to anyone I know!

Great Experience

I stayed at this condo for about a month this November and had a great experience. The space was very clean, tidy, and stocked with everything youd need for a comfortable long-term stay. The extra amenitieslike the pool, hot tub, and small gymwere a really nice bonus. We also felt safe in the area, even when leaving for our shifts in the dark. Daniel, the host, was extremely responsive and accommodating, and just an overall genuinely nice guy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay!

Awesome Stay!

Stayed here on a travel assignment and loved every minute of it! The condo is very nice and up to date. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The owner Mr. D is so nice and very accommodating! There was an issue before I moved in and he made arrangements to take care of it asap and made sure to check in with me along the way. He was easy to reach and made sure I was informed of anything going on in the community ahead of time. Overall just a great guy! The condo has everything you need and then some! If I get a travel assignment here again, I'm definitely contacting Mr. D to stay here!

Cozy in a great area

This condo is clean, updated and in a great area, walking distance to coffee, smoothies, restaurants, etc. D the owner is very responsive and was great to work with. The kitchen is well equipped for longer stays. Definitely recommend!

Nice condo

The property is in great shape. Pool, gym and office center are all very nice. The location is close to many restaurants and activities in old town Scottsdale. The few issues were did encounter related to the HVAC were quickly remedied by the landlord. .
