Modern House with Private Pool, Pet Friendly 0.9 mile from large hospital

Very Positive Living Experience.

I previously lived at this property and had a very positive experience. The management team was always responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. The grounds were kept clean and well-maintained, and the pool area was always spotless and enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-managed place to live, and I would highly recommend it.

The Host was extremely accommodating

The Host was "extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. She literally spent hours answering our questions and trying to accommodate our many special requests, and she clearly wanted us to be very comfortable and pleased with the rental! Although I had to cancel my reservation for health reasons, I did interact a great deal with the host and found her to be exceedingly responsive and accommodating.....moreso than any of the many other hosts I have dealt with!

Very cute, family and pet friendly. Just the right amount of space and had everything we needed. The pool was a must have during the hot months. The owners were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. if there were any issues during monsoon season they were on it immediately. I know my co-workers went without AC for a few days when weather rolled in but because of the owners quickly getting someone on site mine was operating within a few hours. I rate a 5 star because it's affordable, accommodating and very clean. You can tell by the presentation of the house that the owners are welcoming and really care about ensuring you have a great stay and are as comfortable as possible.
