The absolute best!

I rented from Gary for the past year and truly couldnt have asked for a better experience. From day one, Gary has been an exceptional landlord, responsive, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his tenants and the property. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and a wonderful home throughout my lease. Its rare to find a landlord who is not only professional but also genuinely thoughtful, and Gary exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend renting from him, youll be in great hands!

This place is amazing, beautifully done, quiet, nice darkening curtains and very safe, 4 minutes walk to John Hopkins. It was so easy and convenient for me getting to and from work. I would definitely stay there again, room #3 is by itself on the first floor with the kitchen. The landlord Gary is amazing, if there are any small minor issues he is on it Pronto and he means it when he says to contact him anytime of day. Amazing landlord, beautiful safe place and ideal location. Who needs to go anywhere else. Give it a shot, you'll love it.

Perfect

I stayed here for two months. My room, #2 was perfect, cozy, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice with a spacious shower. Gary was always so helpful and nice to converse with. The house is literally 2 minutes away from the hospital on foot. The neighborhood feels overall safer than other places in the city. Would highly recommend the place for short, or long term renting

Best Location

Walking distance to JHH. Clean, organized and safe. Landlord responds on time. Street parking, but never had any problems. Room is comfortable with all amenities needed. JHH security stationed on the way to work so I felt safe. Will definitely rent again 100%.

Best location

I stayed there because of a rotation at Hopkins and it was literally just across the street!! Also it is in foot distance to Fells point which for me is the best neighborhood in town because it is filed with bars and restaurants. The house was very clean and organized and I got to be friends with the other tenant, also G answers all the questions quick and is always open to help! Would 100% stay there again!!!

Awesome experience!

Great: Walking into the room it felt like I was the first person in there since a renovation, everything was as close to perfect as it could be for a living space. The renovation quality was beautiful making the room a very comfortable space with all the necessities. The areas that really matter like the bed saw nice touch upgrades for comfort. Landlords were helpful and quick to respond! Very inexpensive for what you get. Of note: This place is in high demand, so put in requests as early as you can so you can enjoy the comfortable living space and easy commute to the hospital! The property is near the JHH EMS entrance and even though I was in the room closest to the front street it didn't disturb my sleep (day or night) as they will often cut sirens close to hospital and the curtains took care of the light. The sound is much more muted in the hallway, so I assume the other rooms don't even hear street noise. This is the closest I got to a problem in my stay and it was a non-issue.

Wonderful landlords!

Location! Location! Location!! This was a great help since I would leave my car in front of the house and walk to work. Didn't have to pay the hospital parking. If any issues arose in the house L and G were quick to respond and fix the issues. They were respectful of the space, which I loved. I would rent from them again if they had a house every where I went. The huge plus, my very own bathroom in my room!!
