Really spacious, pretty. Walk 5 minutes to some of the best pubs and restaurants in Asheville. Eclectic people. Very cool. Nice park 10 minute walk. Master bedroom with king size bed. Walk in closet. En-suite bathroom. Deck with chairs to relax outside.

Be Aware
Landlord has 0 communicative skills. After leaving the house in perfect condition, we were Accused of stealing dirty linens, we have video & picture proof we did not take any of them, while also agreeing to take money off of my deposit trying to get something back. I have been ghosted for over 3 months with no call back, no text back. House is a terrible location with a main bus stop next to it. The house was disgusting when we got there like no one had cleaned in over 4 months. There was small holes in the walls in almost every room. The 2 small beds are held up on small blocks.. ect.. Worst experience about this ordeal is that we have not gotten our deposit back. ($700 Deposit)
