Stay with Richard and Katie!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying with Richard and Katie. If I had to come back to Riverside again, I would stay with them without hesitation. They were warm, kind, and welcoming every day during the four months I lived in their home. I loved watching the Dodgers win the World Series with them, celebrating Katie's birthday over dinner, and hearing about their favorite spots in the area. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and had everything I needed. The home was clean, the dogs were sweet and quiet, and the neighborhood was safe and perfect for an evening walk.

A Peaceful and Reliable Home Away from Home in Riverside

Ive truly enjoyed staying in the furnished room at Rich and Katies spacious and welcoming home. The room and private bathroom provided a quiet, restful environment, perfect for winding down after long days. The kitchen is well-stocked with essential appliances, ample cupboard space, and a shared refrigerator, making meal prep simple and convenient. The home is located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood, ideal for morning or evening walks. On warmer days, I appreciated having access to the pool, which was a great way to cool off and relax. The house is always clean, and I consistently felt comfortable and at home. Rich and Katies two dogs are incredibly quiet and low-key; they mostly kept to themselves, adding to the calm atmosphere. Over the past four years, whenever I needed to be in Riverside, I chose to stay at Rich & Katie's, and I absolutely would again. I highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and relaxing place to stay. Its truly a hidden gem!

Great Place , Ideal Location & Cozy !!!

Staying here for the past 7 months has been nothing short of amazing !! The Katie & Richard were the most inviting hosts and I felt safe and welcomed my entire stay. Both bedroom and bathroom are spacious and furnished! The closet space is amazing. The kitchenette space provided is mote than enough to get you through your dining needs. They do have two sweet little puppies who are no harm and most often quiet and sound asleep. Most of all if you're an adventurer and love to get out and enjoy the outdoors and nature the neighborhood is safe and beautiful and also this location is very closes to several beaches for a weekend getaway. Stay here if you must anywhere in Riverside ! I'll always choose Katie and Richard

Perfect Space

The hosts were wonderful and so helpful with helping me get to know the area. The room was very comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect and provided everything I needed over my stay. The dogs were very friendly and most of the time I didnt even notice they were there! I would recommend this space to anyone needing accommodations in the Riverside area. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome Space Awesome hosts

I loved my time here in Riverside. The Hosts K&R were amazing and extremely knowledgeable about things to do in the area. They were extremely kind and considerate. The room/house was spacious and very clean. I loved having a space to cook and make food as well as having the refrigerator storage to avoid constant trips to the store. If I ever have the opportunity to come back and work in the area, they'll be the first people I call! Miss you guys already!

Great property and very nice hosts.

I had a great stay here when I was rotating in Riverside for medical school. Both the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. The room was spacious and clean and the kitchenette area had everything I needed. I highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

Room

Hosts are very nice and accommodating during my stay there, the dogs are also so cute and friendly. For a great price, you get your own room and bathroom, which is almost unheard of in California. Not to mention, they have a washer and dryer you can use, and your own little kitchen. Everything is so clean and the neighborhood is nice and safe. I definitely enjoyed my stay there.

Great and comfortable

This house, owners and other tenants are all amazing. Being the only night shift worker in the home, I never had any issues sleeping during the day as it was very quiet in the home. As stated in the listing they do have 3 small dogs but they were not a bother at all. The hosts are very friendly and are available to address any needs you may have. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.
