I had the privilege of staying at Jewyl's place, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, perfect for anyone wanting easy access to downtown Nashville and nearby public transportation . The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable making it easy to relax. Great Stay

The place is very cozy and had everything I needed from kitchen utensils to towels. The location was very convenient since it is fairly close to downtown and very close to a transit center. There is also a supermarket close by. The landlord always answered concerns promptly.

Perfect

I had a travel contract in Nashville and I was so fortunate to find jewyls. The house is very clean and organized. My room was very comfortable. The best part is I was only 3 miles from the hospital and the price cannot be beat. I am do appreciative of the opportunity to stay here. Thank you.

Great stay

This is a perfect stay for a traveler. The rooms are a good size and the common areas are professionally cleaned. Terrence is very kind and was always quick to respond to any issues or questions.

Easy public transportation near by

This location is great for anyone that may not have their own transportation. The bus is right across the street from the house and it runs regularly and on time. It is also connected to the Greyhound station and Airport. Mr. T is a very kind and generous person and great host.

Nashville Property

I first want to say thank you MrT for being such an amazingly outstanding host. The condo was immaculate and I loved every minute of being there. The condo was so comfortable and it felt like home. My roommates were so quiet sometimes I didnt even know that they were there. Also the location of the condo was perfect. I was able to get to work within 15 each morning. The stores , hiking and gym were all within 5-20 minutes of the home as well. I would definitely choose this place again.

House is immaculate in all aspects when youre looking for a place to stay while in Nashville. Close to any kind of amenities you need . Landlord is always just a txt or a call away to answer questions or resolved an issue about the house.Very quite atmosphere around / inside the house. Feels like your just at home.

I stayed at this apartment for 6months. Its in a convenient location with a grocery store nearby and a bus stop 2min away if you arent driving. A few minutes drive to everything in Nashville, and to most of the hospitals if youre a healthcare worker or student. Place is very clean and quiet. Mr. T is very welcoming and very responsive to any queries and maintenance requests. If youre looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Jewels place.

Great place.

I stayed at this property for a month and a half and it was everything I needed. Great location for commute to work. The house is really nice. I also enjoyed the roommates that were there. I think the property manager knows how to select great tenants which made the stay even easier. The bed was comfortable and I also had enough storage place for my things. Overall it was a great stay. If you're looking for a quiet, convenient and budget friendly place to stay, I would highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

The property is clean and well secured. The location is great, close to downtown. Conscientious to restaurants and shopping. The property owner is very communicative, easy to reach, and quick to respond. This is a great place to stay when visiting Nashville.

Great Place to Stay

This was a great clean and neat place to stay. It was also very quiet and roomates were very nice. The shared living area is kept very clean. Appliances are generally up to date and work well. Great deal for the price. Property manager is very kind as well.
