Best place to live!

We had the very best experience staying in this wonderful unit! The location cannot be beat. We had our two year old daughter with us for the three months we were there and went on walks all over the city every day. The pool was super refreshing in the hot summer months. They keep the building well maintained and the neighbors are lovely. The unit itself was spotless, very quiet, and had everything you could ever need. Only negative thing was that we didnt want to go back home after living here! :)

Best Place For Your Stay in NOLA!

This apartment has all you could ask for! Right across the street from Coliseum Square park, assigned parking in a secure garage, Amazon hub lockers, elevators and a great pool! M is extremely accommodating and very easy to reach for any questions or recommendations. The apartment itself has everything you need and you can see how much love and attention M puts into the place. Close to the interstate and a prime spot for restaurants and bars. Very walkable and on a beautiful street. No complaints at all with my stay at M's ! Highly recommend!!

Absolute gem!

M place is in an exceptional location. Walking distance from great restaurants, shops, and the streetcar or buses. There's always something to do in NOLA. The space was very thoughtfully put together: clean, quiet, and stylishly decorated. The balcony is exceptional, overlooking the local park, where you may hear a jazz band play on Sundays if the weather is nice. Everyone in the complex was very sweet and security made me feel welcome and safe. M was incredibly fast to respond to any questions, concerns, and even recommendations. Not to mention, she's a joy to be around. If you are going to be in the area for any length of time, I couldn't recommend staying here more!

A very relaxing stay at Mary's stylish and cozy apartment. Perfect for my fur babies! Beautiful park across the street with a fountain and whimsical oak trees. Location was superb. Easily walkable to restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city! Street car is only a block away. Mary was an exceptional host and swift to respond to any needs or questions I had. The apartment was extremely clean, quiet and steps away from the pool! Perfect spot for morning coffee. Security staff were kind and made me feel safe since I was traveling alone. Totally recommend staying at Mary's!
