Amazing Hosts!
Lashanda and Mr.Fred are the best! The property was very homey and very well maintained! They always ensured timely repairs were made whenever you reached out to them. This was my first time renting something like this and i'm glad i did! You will not find a better property or landlords!

Absolutely wonderful experience
This property was the first property i had ever leased through FF, and i am so thankful that I did! The property was everything described, plus some. I felt right at home! The house is set up with Beautiful decor, it is in a very peaceful neighborhood and very conveniently located near the city. The property owners are absolutely the greatest! I was treated more like a friend/family member, instead of just a client. I would definitely recommend this property with a 10/10! Hands down! Thank you to the Sanders!

Perfect place to stay!
The owners of this property are amazing! They were very kind and understood my situation when I needed a fast check in. The house is so clean and nice! It was great staying there. Ill definitely stay there again if I need to go back to BC! Thank you guys!

Great Place to stay
This was an amazing place to stay. It is beautifully decorated and staying there was super comfortable. It has all of the amenities to make it feel like home. The house is in a quiet area and working night shift, I had no difficulty sleeping during the day. The property owners were very communicative and resolved any issues very quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone and would absolutely stay here again.

Great experience!
Very clean and nice house! Me and my son stayed here while we were in-between houses for 6 months. Great owners, house had everything I needed. Beds slept great, washer and dryer worked very well. Had zero issues while I was there, highly recommend!

immaculately clean,maintained and stocked.
The house is clean and immaculately maintained inside and outside. She went above and beyond by providing all household equipment a traveling nurse needed -good internet, a washer and dryer, and a full stove which some rental houses don't always provide. There was a welcome basket of snacks, plenty of white linen, tastefully decorated bedrooms, and a giant bathroom. The owner was helpful and friendly. She responded promptly to maintenance requests. I miss that rental, and I don't anticipate finding a perfect place like that in the future
