Owners are very nice and friendly. If I needed anything they would respond quickly. Very quiet and peaceful apartment. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing place

I was lucky to find this place in a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by tall trees and a beautiful forest in the backyard which is so soothing and relaxing it's a walk out so you get a lot of light I found it to be modern well-kept nice large bathroom big TV also had my own parking spot on the driveway and it's also within a 5 to 10 minute drive to lots of stores and restaurants and grocery stores. I found the homeowners were amazing very helpful trustworthy people whom I've kept in touch with

Like a cabin retreat

What a cute relaxing place to stay. I'm a remote employee and stayed here for almost three months. It was a pleasure to stay with such a kind and hospitable family. I felt like I'd gone back in time 30 years ago when you could stay in a place where people were genuinely considerate and helpful. The space is large with a huge bathroom. It's very clean and that was important to me. A bonus was I got in the routine of watching the deer and owls out back throughout my day. The forest out back was so peaceful. The owner listened to my needs and when I arrived had a list of resources of places In the area. The nearest grocery store is less than two miles away and that was also important to me. The owner is super accessible and responsive for anything that comes up. What was also important to me was renting from someone kind who I could trust and sincere in wanting to make it a pleasant stay. And that's exactly what I received. Thank you

A+ Maintenance and Care over 6 month

The family who owns this home is a wonderful charismatic family. Having experienced response times and maintenance needs in apartment complexes before, the home owners at the latest attended to even the smallest of problems within 2 days. They are incredibly understanding, friendly, and respectful under any and all circumstances.

Basement Apartment with laundry cleaning services

I stayed here for a little over three months and absolutely enjoyed it! The landlord is so sweet and accommodating. She checks in often and goes out of her way to make sure her tenants are happy. She did a lot of little things that really made my stay extra special. For example, she bought a patio table and chairs and got a one pot burner so I could boil water. There is one driveway, but space in the neighborhood to park so if you are not going to work the next day it is just best to park there which is what I tried to do most of the time. I had to move my car three times during my stay, which isn't bad for as long as I was there. I did have one issue where there was noise early in the morning before I had to get up for work, but the landlord quickly took care of the issue and spoke to her daughter about it and the rest of my stay was quiet. This was by far the best renting experience I have had while traveling and I've stayed at a lot of places! Would definitely go back!
