Perfect Stay!

This cozy basement apartment was just what my husband & I needed for our time in Spokane. Its in the best possible location in the city, right in the South Hill, minutes from downtown but still feels like a quiet suburb. Close to Manito Park, lots of hikes/runs, coffee shops, grocery stores, and great restaurants. The apt is modern with cute designs and also has a very comfy bed and nice shower. Natural light streams into the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. They included a desk for my husband to use as he worked from home. We were nervous about the small kitchen but with a hot plate to cook on and an added mini table for counter space it was very easy to prepare meals. B and A are both the most hospitable hosts and were always helpful with anything we needed. The front patio is perfect for relaxing after a long day or in the morning with a cup of coffee. It wasnt uncommon for us to see quails or turkeys from the patio!! 10/10 would recommend this space!

Clean, Comfortable, Cute

The apartment is newly renovated and perfect for 1-2 people. The location is great, close to the hospitals near downtown. There are parks nearby, and downtown is only a 5-10 min drive away. The hosts are great, very accommodating. The price is great for the value, it's great for any traveling healthcare professional.
