Great hospitality and quality of the room

I had a really good experience renting from this landlord. Communication was always easy and clear, and they were quick to respond whenever something came up. Everything was straightforward from the beginning, which made the whole stay stress-free. The place was clean, well taken care of, and exactly as expected. One of the best

As a visiting medical student to the nearby St. John's Riverside Hospital, I found this location exceedingly convenient and comfortable. Every possible amenity one could use is available. Lots of privacy and the host Sheryll is an excellent host who is very accommodating to visitors. 10/10 will come back.

Yonkers getaway

Found this property through a referral. Was in town for work. There are multiple rooms, but I only rented 1 on the 2nd floor. It had cable TV, mini fridge, queen bed with 2 night stands. The kitchen is a shared place but kept very clean with plenty of counter space. Neighborhood was quiet which was a surprise since it is spring break. Definitely will do business again!
