Would not recommend! PROs: Great location @ the national harbor. Walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants, and the harbor. Very close to DC. The condo building itself was very modern, upgraded - access to gym, workspaces, pool, etc. The unit itself was modern, and spacious; had a large TV, great balcony, good kitchen, but an uncomfortable bed. CONS: Questionable safety - multiple car thefts during our stay in the attached, gated parking garage. The biggest issue we had while staying here was dealing with the landlord. At the last minute, our move-in date was postponed by two weeks, so we had to stay in a nearby hotel. The unit was seemingly being inhabited by the landlord up to the moment we arrived for move-in, including the fridge/freezer being occupied, and moving boxes/personal belongings throughout the space that needed to be removed. There were also miscommunications between the company of the condo building and this units landlord regarding the unit being authorized for renting. Would not recommend.

Perfect Stay in National Harbor with an Outstanding Host and Staff!

We had a fantastic 4-month stay at this property in National Harbor while waiting for our new home to be built. Andrew was an exceptional landlordalways responsive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort. The property was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, offering beautiful views and easy access to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, plus a quick drive to Alexandria and just minutes from D.C. The building staff were also wonderful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. Great location for a gewat stay!

My fianc and I stayed here for 3 months while I was on contract at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Haven. Andrew was a great landlord was was flexible and responsive when needed for any assistance. The place is beautiful! Tons of space for a one bedroom apartment, great amenities and the staff along with residents are very friendly. Great location for getting to Virginia and DC and honestly, being in the Harbor was nice. Youre near a walking path, tons of shops and eateries, MGM casino and Oxon Hill has tons of shops and grocery stores. My fianc and I would stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Place To Stay!

I stayed at A's place for 6months while I was on contract at Medstar Washington Hospital Center and I have nothing but wonderful things to say! A was a great landlord to have. He communicated, was flexible, and extremely helpful. If there ever was an issue he was diligent to assist. The pictures dont do the place enough justice!! Its very beautiful, clean, and large for a one bedroom. The building and staff were always nice and I felt very safe in the environment. Its close to a lot of shops and stores. Nice walkable area to the Harbor which has a lot of events to attend. Its close to DC and the hospital traffic isnt terrible coming from The Harbor area. So thats a good plus. I would 100% stay again!
