fair apartment

I stayed at this apartment the month of March And despite it being perfectly located to UF Shands I had multiple issues. The first 24 hours there the air went out. I told the owner and he did bring 24 hours later a portable AC unit to the bedroom but the rest of the house was 80+ degrees. Because of this I wasnt able to use a blow dryer or any significant appliances because the power would blow for which I was told to unplug something when I wanted to dry my hair (that wasnt the point).He wasnt able to get the parts for a week (I was off work so told him I was going back to my perm home). I told the owner that week I was only planning on staying the month due to the issues and my discomforting being there, for which he was fine with. I asked for my deposit back due to nothing being wrong with the apartment and my cat only being there a week so there was no cat damage. I have yet to hear back from the owner nor get my deposit back.

Quaint Condo

Great location near UF Shands hospital and Florida University. Great for short stays. Could use a full size refrigerator and sitting TV chair. 300 square feet. The bed is a futon.
