Wonderful stay

As a travel nurse i really enjoyed my stay. Elizabeth is very easy to reach with any questions. The apt is very comfortable and comes fully stocked. I loved working on needlepoint in the small library, and the back porch was fantastic. Next door was a fellow nurse so i was in great company! I will definitely stay here again when in town. Thank you Elizabeth, you are a wonderful host/

Elizabeth Is a gem. She is very responsive to any questions that you may have. I really enjoyed staying there. The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors are real sweet.

Home Away From Home

This is a beautiful home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Has everything you could need and the owner is very responsive. My family stayed in two units as we were displaced due to fires, and both were comfortable and welcoming. I only live 25 minutes away but I'd love to come back for a little vacation!

Fantastic space that feels like HOME!

I couldn't have imagined that I would find a place like this while on the road for work. The space was generous, the bedroom was quiet and private, the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed, & the gardens & outside space was GORGEOUS!! The landlord was present & available any time I had a concern; she was attentive, considerate, & gracious with all communication. Laundry was simple to use with the coin operation. The landlord even installed an outside clothes line as the environment was PERFECT for outside drying! The unit was clean, the utilities and appliances were all in good working order & there was no issue with electric, water, or internet. I never heard my neighbors & the key code unit on the door was secure and simple to use. The unit was in a wonderful location; I was able to walk to work at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in approximately 10 minutes! Otherwise, due to the convenient location, jumping out for errands & recreation was easy with main avenues close by.

Nice neighborhood/close to hospital

Lots of space and character, comfy bed, every amenity you would need and more. The homeowners keep an open, and quick responding communication.They're very personable, understanding, and open to accommodating any needs. I would highly recommend this lovely space.

comfortable accommodations

E has been great. When I told her the sides of the house weren't very well light, she had motion detector lights installed. She also programmed the door lock to a number of my choosing. It was nice to show up to the apartment and have toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. I found the apartment ready to live in and truly didn't feel that it was lacking anything. The only downside is that the forced air furnace is noisy. She had a new other heat source installed, but when the temperature outside was in the teens it would make a noise like a drippy faucet. If you're a light sleeper these noises my bothering, to you. I quickly got used to the forced air furnace and thought it was an overall better heat source. I'm sure come summer with the temperatures in Lewiston getting as high as the low 100's it will be very nice to keep the bedroom cool. It was quite location and very close to the hospital and the amenities offered in Lewiston ID.

Perfect, safe, comfortable!

Full of amenities and nestled into a very safe neighborhood, I loved every minute of my stay. Ms. B is a proactive and thoughtful landlord. I would absolutely stay here again.
