Awesome Place for our Temporary Stay

My kids and I were relocating to the area but we were building a house close by and needed a short term rental. All my stuff was in storage so I didn't want to have to buy any household items. We needed something to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids that was close to Downtown and close to my kids' schools in Sumner County. This house was everything we needed! The landlord was thoughtful and very responsive if we ever needed anything. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We felt safe and secure, it's even close to the Goodlettsville Police Department Station. There is also a park/playground within walking distance. Close to Highway 65 and it took less than 30 minutes for me to get to my office downtown even with traffic. Definitely glad we found this townhouse, it was exactly what we needed.

We loved this townhome! This house is so trendy & has great management. Perfect distance from downtown Nashville in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the walking track surrounding the community. Cant say enough good things about this home.

Amazing Townhome

This property was spectacular. The owners are very nice and professional. I had no issues getting in touch with the owners via text or call. They provided most household items you would need, which was very convenient! The property was identical to the pictures displayed on this website. I couldnt have been more satisfied with this property! All the appliances were brand new and I never had any issues. I am a traveling nurse and for my first assignment this place was perfect! If you are considering staying here I strongly recommend. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!
