Best Landlords and Perfect Location

V and A are the nicest landlords! A takes amazing care of the yard and pool each week. The home is decorated beautifully and is fully stocked with more linens and kitchen utensils than most properties I have stayed in in the past. The neighborhood is very quite and well taken care of and it's only 15 min from the strip! V and A are very kind and helpful with everything during our stay. They are also pet friendly to our dog and cat! We loved staying here so much we decided to stay even longer than we anticipated. You will not go wrong with staying at this property! It truly is home away from home and is the perfect location.

Pulled the rug out from underneath us

I recently agreed to rent V's home. We signed a rental agreement, passed a background check and paid a deposit. Several weeks later she informed me that we would not be able to rent the home, because her current tenants had a last minute work change and are able to stay another year. It's unfortunate V decided to not honor our contract. We were driving cross country to stay in her place, and there was a lot of planning that went into our 4 day drive all based on moving into her place. Now we've had to find another location last minute and update ALL of our itinerary, since the move-in dates are not the same. It was a huge inconvenience and completely unnecessary. While V seems nice, this type of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated on this platform. To her credit she did refund our deposit. Hopefully she learns from this and doesn't continue to breaking contracts with her tenants.

Absolutely Perfect 2bed/2bath

Wow! We really cannot thank V and A enough for having us in their beautiful home. The house is so spacious, full of natural light, beautifully decorated and homey. It is located in a safe area, in a gated community, nearby tons of great restaurants and only 10-15 mins from downtown and the strip! We loved the outdoor area (especially the pool, which A so generously cleaned every week), and our big dog loved that he was able to roam around outside in the fenced in yard. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Our landlords really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived (such as towels, hangers, plenty of storage space, cleaning supplies, pool floaties, even some toiletries!). They were also only ever one quick text away whenever we needed anything. This was truly a wonderful experience. We were so sad to leave our temporary home. We will absolutely be back if the occasion is ever to arise!

Desert Oasis

I dont think you can go wrong with any of Veroniques properties! This is actually the second one I stayed at because she is seriously the best landlord and I can always trust that her houses will be absolutely incredible. Every room is quite spacious and beautifully decorated. The backyard is huge and has a cute outdoor bar that connects to the kitchen. Lastly, I loved that it was so peaceful and quite. I will truly miss this place and might have to do another contact in Las Vegas for the housing alone!
