100% Recommend!

This was a fantastic short-term rental and fit our needs perfectly. J, the landlord, was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The two bedrooms are roomy and have ample closet space. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the apartment that J took the time to restore. The location is close to both hospitals and is located in a lovely neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place!

E and her roommate were great tenants and we are so glad that they enjoyed their stay. They were very considerate and they left the apartment in very good condition. We would happily rent to both of them again and we wish them both much success on their future endeavors!

Amazing Apartment with an Awesome Location

The apartment is amazing! Move in ready. The landlord is super easy to deal with and to get a hold of if an issue does come up. Great location, less than 10 minutes to two hospitals. Located in a cute historical neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

A was a great tenant. She was very considerate and easy going. I would happily rent to A anytime and highly recommend her as a tenant!

Amazing Stay

This apartment has everything you need and J is amazing. He is easy to get in touch with and respects your privacy. This location is close to both major hospitals, spacious and has your basic needs. Really quiet neighborhood. Had a great experience while staying here and would do it again.
