Would stay again!

Tony was super easy going and fast to respond. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and close to many supermarkets and restaurants. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in the area.

Great Stay

I had an absolutely great stay at this location, and Tony was absolutely the best landlord. Every listed amenity was available. There was a cleaning service twice during my stay, the grounds are kept immaculate, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Tony was especially kind enough to help me whenever snow accumulated on my car as he knew I was unfamiliar with the realities of winter in the NE. I'll be forever grateful for my time spent living here.

Great place

This is a great place to stay for a traveler. The apartment came stocked with literally everything I could possibly need. It was clean and quiet. Tony is very communicative and responsive to anything you need. I will stay here again if Im ever in the area for another contract.

Fantastic housing, extremely considerate and responsive landlord

T was an excellent landlord-- always very responsive, friendly, and wildly considerate (he even put out solar eclipse glasses for us!). He really has thought of everything in furnishing the apartment and coordinating everyone's parking, including during storms. The building is very quiet, the neighborhood overall is very quiet and safe, I would go walking and running at night without issue. It's one block from a 24 hour Walgreens (so convenient!), 5 minutes from two supermarkets. I worked at both the Miriam and RIH while living here. At its worst (the situation improved over the months), the bridge traffic added an extra 10-20 minutes to the commute but it was overall very manageable because you enter the highway just two exits from the bridge so you skip most of the traffic. There was actually no traffic at the times I generally went to work (5:45AM) or if I left the hospital after 7PM, in which case the commute really was just 5-10 minutes to RIH

Great Quiet place for travelers

This property and T were great! T caters to traveling health care professionals and the price is totally worth the amenities. He has thought of everything down to stepstools, drying racks and loaner umbrellas if needed. 10/10 would recommend. My only regret was that I couldn't pick this place up and move it with me to the next assignment.

Most Accommodating

The apartment was very nice and roomy. At the time I was renting, it did not have a full kitchen. The owner furnished everything I needed to be comfortable. He got me things before I knew I needed them. It was a very professional experience. The apartment is in a safe and convenient location. This property will always be my first choice when I'm in the East Providence area.

Excellent Place! Perfecf for a travel nurse!

T's studio was PERFECT for my contract! It's very close to the highway, which made commuting to Mass for work very easy. The studio has everything you could possibly need! You really only need to bring yourself and your clothes. There was tons of storage space too. Tony was a very nice landlord. He gives you your space, but is always available if needed for questions or concerns. He is strict about having no visitors/guests. Which unfortunately included no visits with the hubby, but he was upfront about this from the beginning. No biggie. It just gave us an excuse to either do a staycation in a hotel or go explore other parts of New England! He does this to maintain the safety and security of the house for all the guests staying there. I completely understood and appreciated that. I definitely felt safe no matter what time i came home. If im ever in the Providence area again, i will definitely see if this unit is available! I highly recommend T's place!
