Perfect Cottage

This is a very nice cottage that I stayed at for 2 months and would have stayed longer if I wasn't transferred. Robert is very attentive for any needs and the place even has a gas grill you can utilize. Highly recommend this place.

Six Stars

This little cottage is exactly as advertised - a gem. I expected to stay for a month or two while I searched for an apartment and I stayed for a year and a half. The value was too good to pass up! It has everything you need and it's located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with considerate neighbors and an unbeatable landlord. Robert lives just a few houses down and he could not be more kind and attentive. I'm moving out tomorrow and I can honestly say I'll miss this place. Thanks, Robert!

At home cottage

R was great!! He was also there if I needed anything!! The wifi was great and it felt like home!! I will definitely stay here again if Im ever in this area!!

Cute, comfy, private, clean, efficient

Thank you R for being such an amazing host! Your property was exactly what I needed during my stay in Winter Haven. I cant say enough good words about this place and the owner. I loved how modern everything was. It smelled great, it was very cozy and comfortable. I liked how private it was as I had my own little space with everything I needed. I think its even better in person as when I was checking out the pics online I was wondering if it would feel spacious enough and it definitely was. I had all the amenities that I could think of wanting. R even bought nicer pots just because he thought the others looked too old. He thinks of everything. It was such a nice touch to check in to see a nice care package with fruits and coffee setup. Ok, so I could go on and on.. overall great find and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely private cottage

This was the perfect place for a multiple month stay and had everything you could need from fully equipped kitchen to washer and dryer. R was very attentive and prompt whenever anything needed attention. It felt very private and had a nice outdoor sitting area. I had a lovely time here and would definitely recommend.

What a find! Very up to date and excellent amenities!

So much to say, not enough room to type a fair description of this property. The landlord is awesome and attentive to every need that you may have. If you have any issues, he's on it within the hour, if not sooner (he lives 2 houses down). The outside is simple and completely fenced in for privacy, with your own private entrance. The inside is out of this world. It is completely remodeled and up to date! Brand new appliances, as well as a brand new washer and dryer help make it feel like you are living at home. The unit has extremely fast wifi, and an air conditioning unit that keeps the whole unit very comfortable, even when the temperatures spike outside. And the bathroom, well it's like a spa. The shower is amazing, completely glassed in, with room enough to move as freely as you like. I was extremely lucky to find this unit. If I'm ever back in the area, this will be the first place I look to see if it's available. If you have a chance to rent this unit, jump on it!

Amazing Short Term Rental

I cannot say enough good things about this place and R as the host! The cottage was perfect for what I needed. It is beautifully done and R thought of everything for it! I could not have asked for a better location either! It is near so many restaurants and shopping and easy access to the main roads in Winter Haven! No stone was left unturned. The outside area was always perfect to sit out and read. R as the host was always checking in and made sure if I ever needed anything he was available. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would! You will not be disappointed in a stay here! R was also flexible! I was sad to see my time here end but this cottage made my wait for my house to be built as perfect as I could have imagined!
