This is our second home to visit my family in Tucson. We do not rent between January and April. This single-level home features porcelain tile floors throughout, a private patio with BBQ, and access to a convenient, unheated community pool.
The living room and bedrooms all have ceiling fans, and central air conditioning is available. The sofa in the living room includes a comfortable Harmony queen pullout bed for guests....
Space
The master bedroom is in the front of the house with a private bath. The other two bedrooms are privately situated at the back of the townhouse and share a guest bath. The roomy dining room would be great for get-togethers. The community is quiet and safe. Kitchen and baths have skylights.
Neighborhood overview
Nice townhouse on the beautiful westside near A Mountain and Starr Pass with hiking and biking trails. The community is in a low crime area with a mixed population of young families, retirees and workers.

Great stay, spacious town home
Spacious townhouse, fully stocked. You will not need anything. Thoughtful host. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans. Love induction stove very easy to use. Great natural light in bathrooms. Extra convenience with high efficiency washer and dryer. Plenty of closet space. Not far from the I-10 for an easy commute. Perfectly located outside of the city on the west side that provides pretty views and quiet neighborhood overall for walking my dog. Sandra was very flexible and accommodating to my family.
