Perfect cozy housing! It's 10 min away from the main hospitals in DC which is very convenient for their traffic. Mrs. Terry was absolutely one of the best landlords to have. She was very transparent and constantly check on our needs throughout our stay. She was always flexible with our days to allow us to be accommodated properly. Area was very quiet and private. Would recommend to anyone.

Pros- Owner was always quick to respond, and the neighborhood felt safe. Parking in driveway next to basement. All appliances functional and the photos are not misleading; great shower pressure. Most kitchen necessities and cleaning supplies included. Outdoor trash managed by owners. Pets allowed! Cons- the owner was very up front about having toddlers. I think potential renters should know, though, they have a LOT of energy. I was woken up some mornings before 8 am, and during some afternoon naps, with ear plugs. I'd say no cats unless they're definitely okay with volume. I asked about the noise when I could see mine was being affected... she responded and would tell them to stop running/stomping more often, but overall the behavior continued. The temperature can only be controlled with the air vents. I usually kept them closed and most nights I was okay, but others the air would stay on very late. Couch was dated with broken seats, mattress felt worn down after a couple of weeks.
