I had a great experience staying at this property. From the minute I got there I felt welcomed. I always felt comfortable with the host and other roommates and it truly felt like my "home away from home." The property is less than a 10 minute drive to the Lompoc hospital and the property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with mountain views. I highly recommend staying here!!

Amazing Experience

The host is absolutely amazing! The first day walking in, the house was cleaned spotless, she showed me around the kitchen, living room, garage (workout equipment), and my room upstairs. She was so welcoming and I felt like home and not awkwardly renting a room. Over the extended time I was there I enjoyed talking to the host and using the spaces freely without judgement. The neighborhood is super safe and very quiet with plenty of places to park. I loved it so much I came back for another stay a few months later and again it was a great stay. The host can read the room very quickly, so if you want to stay to yourself she will not bother you but if you like to talk and socialize she is right there with you. I enjoyed getting to know her and will always recommend her place to stay if you are ever in lompoc! It also so close to other small towns that are full of character and worth the visit.
