Professional, Responsive & Compassionate Landlord

I am a travel professional whose contract was arbitrarily canceled the day before I was scheduled to move into the property. I explained the situation and she was very understanding & polite. I had my travel agency send her a letterhead explaining the contract cancelation & Andrea agreed to return my deposit & void my lease- which I am extremely grateful for. From my first communication with Andrea- she was prompt to respond; clear with her information; and always offered to help/clarify any concerns I may have had. At all times, I found her very approachable to communicate/ coordinate with. Although I never got to see the property in person- the pictures looked great; and, after my interactions with Andrea, I'm sure the property was in fantastic condition. Highly recommend this property & especially Andrea.

Fabulous

I have stayed here for 6 months and on my way to different city for next contract. At this condo, you will find everything you need and want. Established neighborhood with long time people who keep an eye on things. Quite condo which was great because I work nights. Pool is just down the sidewalk and refreshing. Any issues arise and the owner is right on it. I wish I could take the owners and condo to my next contract!

Beautiful condo

We stayed in this apartment for five months, and it was a great choice. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet still very close to all the main attractions and essential places. The neighbors were incredibly friendly and respectful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here. Andrea, the owner, was very welcoming, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. She made sure everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end.

Christmas in Texas

The condo is clean and cozy. The owner was easily accessible and accommodating. The unit is safe and quiet, and the surrounding area is great for walking and meeting friendly neighbors. We had a health emergency during Christmas and the neighboring women were so helpful in getting us to the right places and checking in on us. The location is fabulous. Everything you need is only a few minutes away. This was a great experience. Thank you, Andrea, for sharing your cozy condo with us!

Cute place to stay

I love the apartment a lot definitely I will miss this cozy place. It was very welcoming and comfortable. The owners are very nice and friendly people, and they were always supportive

Travel RN great stay

Wonderful place!! Safe. Clean. Dog friendly. Have covered parking. So close to everything. Methodist Main, Medical mile area less than 15 minutes. Great landlord and communication. If I could own this condo, I would buy it!! Highly recommend.
