A Wonderful Home and Host, Highly Recommended!

I had the pleasure of renting Ivans place for an entire year, and I truly couldnt have asked for a better experience. From the moment I moved in, the space felt like home, clean, cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up for both comfort and convenience. Ivan was an exceptional host, professional, responsive, and always respectful of my privacy. Any time I had a question or minor request, he responded quickly and kindly, which made me feel supported and at ease throughout my stay. The location was perfect, the home was quiet and well-maintained, and it provided everything I needed for both work and relaxation. Its rare to find a long-term rental experience that runs so smoothly, and thats entirely thanks to Ivans attention to detail and genuine care for his guests. Spacious, clean home close to the hospital

My wife and I stayed here for ~6 months during her assignment at Colorado Childrens Hospital. Very clean home with all the essential amenities and close enough for her to walk to work (~10 min walk). Host was very responsive and timely with our questions and requests. Would definitely recommend to anyone working at the hospital!

Great home for travel nurses!

This home was everything you could need and more for a short term stay! I stayed here with my husband and our two cats during my travel assignment at Centennial Hospital. The house was very well kept, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials (from brand new linens/towels, laundry supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen). The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and in close proximity to many stores and shopping. The front porch and backyard were great places to sit and relax on my days off from work. I was a great host. He was very responsive to texts if we ever needed anything and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting or working in this area!
