Condo with Private Courtyard and Garage

You won't find many places in Modesto as nice as this one! We loved our stay in this rental. It has everything you might need including small appliances, extra linens, and cleaning supplies. We didn't have to buy anything to make our stay more convenient like we usually do at our rentals. The beds and couch are very comfortable. You can't beat the two car garage. It is in a safe area that we felt comfortable walking our dogs and toddler down to the close parks. You couldn't ask for better hosts. They were so responsive and took care of everything immediately. We are very grateful that they made our stay in Modesto so wonderful!

This condo is spacious and new. Park your cars in 2-car garage. Very quiet street, safe and clean. Made you feel like your own home. I enjoyed staying here for a year. I would recommend this condo to all healthcare professionals.

My husband and I, along with our daughter and fur baby, were able to stay at this perfect condo for about 9 months. R and M thought of everything and were always just a text away if we ever needed anything. This has to be one of the nicest places we have stayed in our 4 years of traveling, clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen items, nice natural light, safe, and the bonus of having the enclosed courtyard and a 2 car garage. The area and neighborhood were nice, we had multiple traveling PT contracts while living there and the location was perfect about 25 min from Turlock and only 12 min from Encompass Rehab Hospital. We appreciate them letting us enjoy this gem and we will miss this one I am sure!

R and M have created a perfect home away from home. They really have thought about the details. This townhome is 5 -9 minutes from Sutter Memorial. It is a walkable area and there is a park close. The space is clean and quiet and has some great natural light which I love! There are also blackout curtains that keep my room dark and I am able to sleep in on the weekends. The Wi-Fi is quick the kitchen is well stocked and there is a garage which is great in the rainy season! This has been the best place that I have stayed since traveling. R and M are kind and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have! I have absolutely enjoyed my stay and recommend this place if you are coming to Modesto. Oh also there is a courtyard so I am completely enclosed and feel very safe. I love that I can let my dogs out in the courtyard and not worry about them going out into the road as the courtyard is enclosed. Very nice design and a nice place to sit in the morning with coffee.

This FF is perfect for a long or short term stay. It's private and located in a nice quiet area in Modesto. Has a garage for your car with a remote to get in and out. The house is beautiful updated and remodeled. Perfect AC, and fast wifi. Has a TV in every room. The bedrooms are nice and decorated and has blackout curtian. It's a well thought out place for a travler. I loved being here. If you are considering staying here. Just book it you won't regret it. Michelle and Rosney are amazing they are fast responders and check in on you from time to time to make sure things are running smoothly. They gave a list of places to visit around the area.
