Safe and private suite close to hospital

This suite is well appointed and spacious. There is a private entrance, in suite laundry and a space to cook. The neighborhood is safe, close to a park, shopping and restaurants. It is a 2 minute drive to UCI FVR! J and E are friendly and helpful and work hard to ensure you have a great stay and that any questions you have are answered. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would stay here again.

The homeowners are wonderful people that genuinely make you feel like part of the family while also giving you plenty of privacy. Location is perfect for much of Irvine. Safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. I never questioned the security of my car. Room is spacious with in-room laundry, a versatile kitchenette, and plenty of space. Not that you will need it. Weather is perfect year round! Large park across the street for exercise or relaxing after a long day. This was a perfect fit for me and would stay again no questions asked.

Great Location! Quiet neighborhood close to a lot. Joan and Everett were amazing. They really went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Great communication. Clean and comfortable unit.

This property is in a really great location. Not only is it pretty close to the highway, it's also across the street from a park, 2 minute drive from the UCI hospital, and near so many great restaurants. The highlight of our stay was definitely J and E. They were super kind and accommodating and extremely communicative. Anything we needed, they were very quick to respond. They always valued our comfort and made sure that there was always an open line of communication. Overall, great stay! Highly recommend :)

Best furnished finder in Fountain Valley!

J and E were AMAZING landlords/hosts!!! I stayed here for a 3 month contract at UCI. I was a quick 15 minute drive to work. J was wonderful she always answered her phone quickly when I had any questions and would always text to remind me or street sweeping day! You have your own private entrance and everything you need in the studio to live semi privately. The pool and hot tub were a DREAM to have access to. I recommend this property 10/10!

great location

Great location. The owners are absolutely wonderful and very responsive. You will be lucky renting here. Comfortable and private. They have two cute dogs. It was the perfect stay for me and my wife.

AMAZING!!!

Amazing stay. Very cozy and J + E make you feel right at home. They are some of the nicest people in the world-- the welcome basket was very thoughtful and while the place already has everything you need, they are there to help if you need anything! Location is unbeatable-- centrally located in Orange County, with the park right across the street, and the highway also really close so you can get to anywhere pretty quickly. The space is very well designed-- lots of storage space and the washer/dryer is so convenient.

Loved our stay - highly recommend

My husband and I stayed here for three months with our small dog while he was on a clinical rotation in Huntington Beach. We loved our stay and wish we could stay longer! It is set up as a studio - it is a small space but has all the essentials - kitchenette with medium size fridge, hot plate and microwave oven, large bed, desk and chair where I would work from, and full bathroom. It worked great for us. We brought our own instant pot which also helped with meal prep. J and E were the hosts who live in the main house. They are a very sweet and accommodating couple. They brought in an AC unit for the space when we arrived during a heat wave, and treated our dog like he was their own. They have a sweet dog as well who we always welcomed in and became friends with our dog. Location was great for us - we felt safe and had a large park to walk to just a block away. We parked on the street in front of the house and never had issues. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Home away from Home

Simply perfect. I am a nursing student and Emergency room technician. This has literally felt like living with family. The owners are amazing, kind hearted people. From the beautiful welcome basket to offering me family meals, they are simply the best. This is the perfect place, quiet, clean and it has it all. Like living in a resort, comes with a beautiful private pool, a step away from the park. The studio is furnished, small kitchenette , mini fridge, washer/dryer and full restroom I am so thankful for my stay here, i am a few days away from completing my nursing program and leaving is bitter sweet. I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat if this place was available. Thank you guys for making my stay memorable.

Wondeful stay.

I am a travel nurse and worked overnight with some occasional day shifts. This place is wonderful. Owners are so kind and sweet and accommodating all while private. I felt so welcomed here. They made me feel like I was at home and were so helpful. Great location. Right next to the park across the street , no need to drive. That was such a bonus !!! I like to run late at night and it was perfect. Place is very private with private entrance, outdoor area with a pool / hot tub available also great if you have a pet, there is place ( grass area right outside ) where they can do their business without the need to walk them bright and early or very late at night and dog can stay outside without a problem. I would definitely come back here. There is plenty of storage space as well. I had my bike and surf board tucked away. Just a perfect place thats good location near to several stores and gyms as well. Whole Foods , Costco is 10 min away. Great experience ! And Ive made great new friends :)

Perfect Personal Oasis!

This was my very first experience as a traveling healthcare professional, as well as, with furnished finder, and it has been simply wonderful! The entire process was smooth & I love my space! Own private entrance & plenty of privacy. Access to the pool with the beautiful palm trees surrounding it.. its heavenly. I can walk over to the massive park a block away or get to the beach in 15-20 minutes. The location has been great, as you can hop on different highways easily & it was a bonus for me to be so close to a Costco :) you wont regret choosing this place!!
