Perfect home away from home

Stayed here from Dec 2025 to March 2026 and enjoyed every second of it. The place is spacious and well decorated, it had everything I needed and then some, location was 10/10. C was an amazing landlord, very responsive when I needed something. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any traveler.

I have lived here flor 3 months and am very close to work. I was very surprised when I arrived at how nice this place is. I love having a deck with a grill and an in unit full size washer dryer. There was more than enough housewares provided and the home was furnished very nicely. Would definitely stay here again

A perfect stay with a perfect host.

This became my home away from home while I was on a work contract in Arlington. C's property is set up with everything one would need to live comfortably plus more. The gated parking garage was a definite perk as well as the in-unit washer and dryer. The building itself is quiet. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. The balcony is such a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a busy day. The unit is located walking distance to many shops, the grocery, and the metro. It only took me 5 mins to drive to VHC hospital and 5 mins to drive into the Ballston and Courthouse districts. I could walk 20-25 minutes to the Metro station and take the train into DC and explore. Easy access to the Custis trail where you can bike or walk/jog. I never felt unsafe. C was very attentive if I reached out for anything. She has a friend close by who helped assist if there were any issues that needed addressed immediately. I highly recommend taking advantage and renting from her!

Amazing!!!

My husband and I stayed here while I worked a contract at Inova. I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay was. The unit is so clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything you could need. C and M were so great to work with and so kind. The location is perfect, a quick drive or walk will get you just about anywhere you need to go within minutes. Access to the highway is just feet from the apartment, making getting to work so easy. About a 10 minute drive into DC. It's also super convenient to walking and biking trails. The building is super safe and secure. The unit comes with a parking space (hugeee plus!) and it's locked, so no worrying about leaving your car out! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this apartment and the landlord, Coreen!! My husband and I were so sad to leave and will hopefully be back one day soon!!

Absolutely perfect!!

First and foremost, C is an absolutely amazing landlord. Her friend Meg who is near the property is also absolutely amazing. They are both super responsive and attentive. It made the entire process of moving in and out so stress free. The unit itself is perfect. Im a solo traveler and felt like I was living in a mansion. The entire unit is incredibly spacious. She has a huge assortment of kitchen ware, BIGGG plus for me. There an in unit washer and dryer, also a hugeee plus. Theres tons of cabinet space. The bathroom is J and J style which was convenient. The closet is huge and she always has two dressers and a chest, so lots of room. The bed was a pull out couch, but, it was actually incredibly comfortable. The mattress definitely was not a pull out couch mattress lol the floor to ceiling windows were beautiful. They all have pull down shades as well if you prefer less lighting. The patio is perfect for sitting and relaxing. I would rent from C again for sure !!
