As a young adult, I needed a place to live and did not have the money to pay for new furniture. After, living at this apartment for 1.5 years, I can positively say that I made the correct decision! The landlord is a wonderful person and is always available for help! She makes you feel like you're apart of her family. The apartment's location is second to none! Also, the neighbors were very welcoming! I highly recommend renting this apartment.

We needed a furnished apartment close to Columbia, MD for our son to live in for his summer internship. We feel very fortunate to have found this condo for him, it was close to his work, in a good area and the owner is fantastic. She will do whatever is needed to keep make her tenant happy. Highly recommend this property.

Great Condo

Located in a safe area with kind neighbors as well as convenient furnishings and location, this condo was a great fit to house me during my internship. Columbia was a great place for me to live as I enjoying spending time in both cities and the woods. Both DC and Baltimore are easy drives for day trips and there are many parks in the DMV area within a 1 hour radius. The condo itself equipped with a full kitchen (minus a microwave but there are many stores in Columbia where one can be purchased) and high speed internet capable of not only watching movies and shows, but online gaming and game streaming. There are also many great restaurants in the area with delivery services running late into the night for evening snacks or late dinners. The property owner is also very kind making sure you are taking care of even if unforeseen circumstances arise and was very cognizant or my privacy. Even with my 30 minute commute, this property was a great fit and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful condo

D was a wonderful host. She was very welcoming. If I ever needed anything, she made sure I had it. The condo is in a safe neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. It is centrally located. A grocery store is across the street. I highly recommend this condo and owner.
