I live upstairs on this property with my family, you will hear and see us living in on our property. The downstairs is 3 separate apartments. Because my children and I live in the same home, you will hear us moving around upstairs. This is not a good fit for someone who is sensitive to noises above them. Quiet hours from 9pm-8am are important as many guests on the property are working professionals working evening hours.

K is amazing! Very nice family and tenants. The place itself is very spacious and quite convenient! Very private and quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again if available! Beautiful location and lovely trees!
K was awesome to stay with. Very private. Very comfortable and buetiful area. Super easy drive to hospitals. I highly recommend staying here definatly worth it.
This studio is very spacious and doesnt feel like a studio at all. It has 2 fireplaces, small kitchen area with a full size fridge, big TV, and access to a washer & dryer. The bed was really comfortable too. The landlord was always very responsive and laid back. This apartment looks out to the pool area and wooded backyard through two sliding glass doors. There is noise from the family living upstairs, but the landlord did warn me before renting. Good neighborhood close to walk in. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to TMH.
