Ms. Foy was extremely kind and hospitable to me during my time there. When I first spoke to her regarding her apartment, I knew it would be a good fit from the get go. She even cooked me a homemade dinner my first night, and I absolutely devoured it. She was always a helping hand, and I greatly appreciate it. The setup of the apartment is perfect (my own space), a very comfy bed, big closet, a comfy rocking chair to drink my morning coffee, and a spacious bathroom. If I am able to return to Charlottesville, she will definitely be getting a call from me. You will not regret staying with her.

Exceptional Hostess

Mrs. J is an exceptional hostess. She made me feel extremely welcome and safe. Room is recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Plenty to do, see and eat in Charlottesville and Mrs. J is very helpful in identifying the best places to visit. I highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

From the time I have been contacted by Ms. J, my house mom to inquire the property, I knew how incredible my experience there would be with her warmth and hospitality. I was received by a home made meal as if I were just visiting my own family. I felt welcomed, safe and comfortable. She has driven me around to familiarize with the area, every store you need is in close proximity. The room was recently renovated, clean, quiet, and cozy. For a person like me who has back issue, having an amazing mattress was the game changer!! I slept so good! Ms. J is somebody whom anybody would want as a landlord. She has a cutest pup who melts your heart. I would recommend this property to anybody, but especially for a traveling nurse who wants the place that feels like home away from home.

I had a lovely experience staying here. Mrs. J was so attentive and welcoming. Her hospitality is unmatched. The space itself is very comfortable - clean, spacious, beautiful bathroom en suite, and plenty of room for storage. There are a plenty of grocery stores, shops, and local restaurants nearby for exploring. Highly recommend !
