Wonderful 3B House - Basement + Lovely Front Yard + Close to Downtown!

Satisfied Renter

My husband and I, and our two dogs, stayed here while I did an RN assignment at St Anthony's Hospital in Gig Harbor. I have nothing but positive things to say about the owner J. He was responsive, friendly and VERY accommodating. The house is definitely an older home with some quirks, (nicer appliances) nothing spectacular but it met our needs. The yard was perfect for our dogs, the neighborhood was safe and walkable (with a great brewery nearby, although not too much else in terms of restaurants/shops etc.) and we loved the back deck. Overall, we thought the price was a too bit high, especially considering the shared laundry room (on the same level as 'our' space, but shared with the tenant below though they don'tt have access to your space at all). We wished there was more living room seating (especially a long couch to fully recline/lay on) but we were overall happy to stay there and would rent again if we were in the area.

Dream Landlord

J was an amazing landlord. He was very helpful and kind. He provided us with air conditioners for the summer months to keep us cool and replaced the refrigerator quickly after it broke. We had some ongoing issues with the internet, which he was attempting to fix as we left. My only complaint was that we got yelled at a couple times for being too loud from the downstairs resident. Thanks J for sharing your cute home with us!
