As a travel healthcare worker, I stayed at this property for an extended period of time and had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay. The community is very quiet and felt extremely safe — I regularly went on walks during both the day and night without concern. The location is also very convenient, with several great coffee shops and restaurants within five minutes or less, along with easy freeway access to the airport, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, and the Las Vegas Strip. The property itself was always clean, and all appliances worked efficiently throughout my stay. Jenn was an incredibly responsive and helpful landlord, which made the experience even better. Overall, I truly enjoyed living here and would absolutely recommend this property to others.
