Peaceful Retreat in the Perfect Location

I had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend this property. I stayed here during a major life transition while relocating and starting a new job, and it could not have been a better place to land. The space was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with exactly what I needed after long days of moving, settling in, and adjusting to a new role. It truly felt like a calming retreat during what could have been a stressful time. The location was perfect. just steps away from Adams Avenue, with great restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots nearby, while still feeling private, quiet, and serene. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the hosts were kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Their hospitality truly made my relocation and career transition so much easier. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved living in this apartment so much. Jesse and his dad Nick were so welcoming and the area is incredible. I couldn't have asked for a better first apartment in San Diego.

The Perfect Place!

I had a great experience staying in this studio apartment. The location is great! It is close to everything you need, including restaurants and bars, while still being in a quiet and comfortable area. The apartment itself was clean, and very well maintained. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The owner Jesse was amazing to rent from. He was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!!

Jesse and his dad were great. They are so inviting and the unit is clean, well maintained and full furnished. The parking was easy, neighborhood was safe with good restaurants. If there were any issues they were fixed quickly. They were very inviting!

Beautiful Home, Walkable Area

I loved staying at this home. Its furnished tastefully and has everything I needed during my stay. The room is structurally part of the main house, but has its own entrance and is walled off from any other part of the home. The area is very walkable with several quick serve restaurants nearby and a grocery store across the street. The owners (father and son) are extremely responsive and all around great people. It was easy to chat with them, but they also gave me my space. They invited The kitchen has an induction stove but no oven. There is also not a dishwasher. Bonus: the outside landscaping is beautiful, with a few outdoor areas and grill that could be used.
