Small condo. Fully equipped. Small backyard too hot for summer. Close to good shopping and food. Bottom floor so upstairs neighbors footsteps heard but otherwise clean quiet area

Very nice place

We stayed at this condo for three months and enjoyed our stay. Alena was very responsive to any questions we had. We liked the pet friendly neighborhood. Pool was nice, but not heated. Parking was convenient. Very close to highways and shopping.

Great Experience

I stayed in this cute condo for 3 month. It was clean and comfy with everything I needed. Great, safe, convenient location. Landlord was easy and friendly to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect place for travelers!

This is such a cute and perfect little condo to rent! The area seemed safe and was located around anything you could possibly need! The landlord was great, extremely responsive and professional. I 100% would have stayed longer if it was available! The price was very reasonable as well, considering most Ive looked at have been $3000+ at this time of year.

Unit Review

Staying on this property was a pleasure for me from two perspectives. First the neighborhood was very quiet, the complex is clean, and there was a safe secure aura surrounding the complex. Also the complex is in walking distance too stores and restaurants. Second the apartment was ideal for me. It was spacious and accommodated my gear. All the appliances worked and AC cold. The place was a home away from home. So on a scale of 1-5 (1 being the worst experience) (5 being the best experience) I rate the experience a 5. Also I recommend that you speak with the owner. She is open to solutions, quickly responsive, and easy to communicate with.
