A perfect oasis - great space, location, and owners!

I've spent the last year+ at this place and couldn't be happier. Only reason I'm leaving is I'm moving overseas. As others have mentioned, it's a fantastic space - huge living room, very comfortable bedroom, and a perfectly furnished kitchen area. New AC/heating unit in the bedroom is very powerful, as is the similar unit in the living room. They kept the whole place very cool in the hot Vegas summers and quite warm when the temps dropped. The location is excellent. Wonderful, peaceful, mid-century neighborhood to walk or bike around, but so close to everything - 5 minutes (or less) to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. 10 minutes to downtown, 10-15 to the strip.

Clean, quiet, convenient!

I loved staying here! I was working at UMC so it was a very convenient location for me. The casita was clean and cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and it was quiet. The owners were very communicative and kind, and they even gave me delicious food sometimes! Highly recommend!

A beautiful private casita - the best value for money

I had a very satisfying stay at the Casita. I moved in with the idea of staying a month or two, but I stayed for 5 months. The casita is exactly the way it looks in the photos. The neighborhood is nice, safe and quiet. I slept like a baby every night. The owners B and J are the sweetest landlady/landlord one can find. To top it all, J is an excellent cook. So know them well and you will get treated to some excellent food now and then. Downtown Las Vegas is close by and often there are events and this is a very convenient location for it. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a furnished place in Las Vegas.

Great Place. Great Hosts!

The place was amazing and the hosts were great! Welcoming, but also give you your space. It's a very charming and comfortable place to hang out or rest up. I was working a crazy schedule so didn't get to enjoy it as much as would have liked to, but it was the perfect space for my needs. I highly recommend it and would have stayed longer if I would have been able to. Thank you, B and J for allowing me to stay at your place!

A nice quiet casita!

This Casita has everything you need from wifi and lots of channels to watch on TV! A nice living room for resting after a long day at work, a small kitchen to get cooking done. Landlords are super friendly and helpful and are great at cooking and will bring you over delicious food once in a while.
