I had a lovely stay at this place. Everything I needed, shared entrance was honestly nice, well-insulated for sound, and some light still came in through the windows despite it being a basement apartment. Plenty of room, even a pull-out futon in the back room, updated appliances, and couldn't have asked for more welcoming and accommodating hosts. Thank you so much and wish you all the best!

Amazing family

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Very safe neighborhood with all shopping needs very close. The owners made me feel like family. I highly recommend this to any of my nurse colleagues on assignment in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Complete lower level in walkable Cottleville/Saint Peters area

I stayed at this property during a 7-week clinical rotation in St. Charles, MO and it was perfect for what I needed. The commute was 10-15 minutes to work every day, very easy access to major highways, and there were numerous grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. in very close proximity. The space inside the property itself was clean and had everything I needed - a private bathroom, bedroom, kitchenette, living space, and plenty of storage. Other important things/amenities to note - free wifi, parking, keypad entry, and laundry on first floor. I did not get out and venture much due to cold weather and the time of year, but there are multiple parks with walking trails and cute places nearby to visit. Most importantly, I felt very safe resting my head each night and the landlords were super friendly and accommodating. I could not recommend this property enough and truly enjoyed my entire experience.

Beautiful rental

Staying here was such a blessing! The rental is beautiful with a lot of thought put into it. The location is peaceful, and I didn't have any trouble relaxing and sleeping. The landlords are friendly and wonderful. The location was convenient for me, close to my hospital and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you for everything!
