Great Experience

Ive had a great experience staying here for 4 months. Never any issues, and the owner, Ana, made sure we were good and comfortable. She insured me my toddler is never a problem (as some landlords prefer no small children) and was always very understanding. Very pleasant person to deal with.The space is super clean and everything youd need is provided. The neighborhood is nice and calm, definitely a place youd want to stay!

Great property

I rented a room at this property. The whole property was very clean and well kept. The owner of the home was very nice and personable. I did not have any problems during my stay here. The hospital I had a contract with wound up cancelling my contract early. This was not a problem for the owner and she was very understanding. I received my security deposit with no issues after I left her home. It was great staying here and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home to stay in.

Unprofessional

While the property is beautiful the property manager is dishonest. The deposit is listed as refundable. Under no circumstances was it mentioned or listed here as non refundable. She refused to give my $400 deposit back once I notified her I was no longer coming to Palm Coast. She started requesting proof of cancelation from the hospital which I explained we never communicate with the hospital directly only our recruiters mostly and sometimes the account manager for the particular hospital. Again, it is listed below as refundable. Does not state any stipulations or circumstances it would not be. I do not recommend doing business with this person. She verbally changes things based on how feasible it is for her. It's bogus and it was an unpleasant experience with her.
