Renting a room in this house was nothing but a great experience. The hosts were very responsive and polite. Anything you could ever need or want is only a short drive away. There is a park that is one block away from the house that has a great view of the mountains, which is great to hang out at on your days off. My only disappointment was the hospital not extending my contract and me having to leave!

I am a travel nurse and this house has been perfect for my assignment! So perfect that Im staying here through my contract extension! It has everything I have needed, its easily accessible to interstates and downtown. The park down the street is great for a walk and has a fantastic view of the Rockies! K & B are so easy to work with and made the move-in and extension process a breeze. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone coming to the Denver area!

Gorgeous House with Gorgeous Park

This home is so lovely. The home is nicely decorated, the home has a lot of room. It only has 3 bedrooms (each bedroom has their own private bathroom), so you don't have to worry about tons of random roommates, which for me was great! The AC worked great! The house is clean. The house sits on a huge lot. I stayed with 2 other traveling nurses during my stay. They were nice and we had a great time together. We each had our own refrigerator, our own TV, and cabinet space. The park is gorgeous. They have some community events at the park, which is so nice, like movie night once a month during the summer and periodic yoga mornings. I think there is a Farmer's Market planned, but I never quite made it to that. It is a quiet park, great for strolls and the outdoor workout area is lake view. The mountain view is lovely as well. If you like spending time outdoors and staying at a gorgeous home, this is the home for you!
